Minimum Age: Clients must be at least 18 years old to book a session. However, clients under 18 may receive services if a parent or legal guardian signs a consent form and is present during the session.

2. Client Responsibility

Health Considerations: Clients are responsible for informing us of any health concerns or medical conditions prior to treatment, including but not limited to pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or medical history.
Preparation: It is important that clients follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions to achieve the best results and avoid complications.

3. Booking and Payment Policy

Appointment Scheduling: All appointments can be booked online or directly with our team. You will receive confirmation once your booking is complete.
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will go towards the total session cost.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, Cash App, debit cards, and Apple Pay. No checks or PayPal are accepted.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. We do not charge the full amount for no-shows, but your deposit will be forfeited.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule with no penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit will be applied to your new appointment.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. Full charges are not applied for no-shows.

5. Mobile Session Policy

Address Collection: For mobile sessions, you will be asked to provide an address where the treatment will take place. This information is only used to complete the session and is kept private.
Mobile Service Fee: An additional fee may be charged for mobile sessions, depending on your location. This will be communicated during booking.

6. Personal Information We Collect

We collect basic personal information to provide you with a high-quality service, including:
Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number for booking confirmation and communication.
Payment Information: Details necessary to process payments securely (Cash App, debit card, or Apple Pay).
Service Preferences: Any details relevant to your treatment to ensure a customized experience.
